Monday 14th March 2011
1 hour  early morning swim in Santa Gertrudis then I jumped into the car listening to DJ Andy Wilson on Ibiza Sonica and headed over to M Wellness Ibiza for a full on session with Brian. We worked on an intense TRX , Kick Boxing and Power Plate Circuit that kicked my ass! Quick shower, a nice post workout shake, then ready to attack the day!

 Saturday the 12th of March 2011
I got to the gym super early this morning after being up @5am with Rafa. 2 Slices of Peanut Butter on Toast and then a Hydro H20 training juice @ M Wellness Ibiza sorted me right out for an hour of intense Interval Kick Box training. Brian had me warm up and stretch for 10 Min's then we went into 60 Seconds on, 90 seconds off training. This means I work with Brian on Jabs and Crosses, Hooks and Uppers for 60 seconds full on then rest for 90 seconds. We continued this for the rest of the session working on low kicks, front kicks, and body shots! Brian put on a padded "jacket" and took a few blows in the stomach, I think I winded him at one point!
I will grab some lunch then go for a swim, this set me off for the weekend! Bring on next week!!!

Tuesday 8th March 2011
Morning Breakfast off Porridge and Fruit then down to M Wellness Ibiza to train with my Personal Trainer Brian Talbot with an hour of heavy intense Kick Boxing to get me reved up for the day!
I had a "Super Green" from their Juice Bar straight after to get those vital nutrients into my system and then went off to Ulivan in Santa Gertrudis for Eggs and Chicken.
Feeling great and just about to tuck into my Lunch of a healthy Estofado de Garbanzo.
I will hit the gym later on today!!!
